Biographical Info

Dr. Abdul-Aziz Ahmed is an assistant attending physician in emergency medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.  He also practices Sports Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and is an instructor in medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Dr. Ahmed completed his M.D. degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and residency training in Emergency Medicine at St Luke’s- Roosevelt Hospital Center.  Following his residency training, Dr. Ahmed completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Northshore University Hospital.  

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ, Dr. Ahmed held positions as attending physician at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas and Huntington Hospital in Huntington, New York.  Dr. Ahmed is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine; and is licensed to practice in New York and Texas.
